  • What type of retail items will you be carrying?

    We carry premium pet food, pet supplies. Companies that care about ingredients, companies that typically make small batches, companies that have a no recall record, and companies that are typically family run. The product focus is on natural and holistic foods, treats, and supplements for all pets.

  • What will your daycare service provide?

    We will offer a safe place and a positive experience where the owner’s pets can play and socialize with other screened pets. They will have ample access to fresh, clean drinking water, playgroup equipment, rest and customer provided snacks, treats, and food. If you would like, we can always provide snacks, treats, and food to your fur buddy at an additional cost.

  • What are your daycare hours?

    The daycare hours will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm. Early drop off and late pick up available at an extra charge.

  • How do I book daycare?

    You can call or you can book online.

  • Do you charge for giving medication?

    There is no additional charge for giving your pet medication. We do not give injections.

  • Do you offer dog training?

    Two independent professional dog training Instructors will be present at the facility. They will assist dog owners to train their companions to be the best they can be. 

  • Do I need to make a reservation for any services I require?

    Yes, you do. To make your booking process faster, please register for an account, sign provided documents, and upload required documents so we can have them on file. Your pet must first pass the temperament test, if necessary, before utilizing the services we provide.

  • What is your staff to dog ratio?

    We will have the necessary staff present to monitor all dogs interactions and to ensure your pets safety.

  • Can you tell me about your grooming services?

    The facility has a self-wash grooming tub along with a drying table. 


    Customers will be able to come and use the self-wash section on their own for a cost of $25.00 or if their pet is staying with us during the day and the customer would like us to wash their pet, we will provide that service at a cost starting at $30.00. 


    Nicole will provide grooming services at an additional cost.


  • What does your boarding service include?

    We will provide a comfortable, safe, and clean accommodation for the customers pet. We will be staffed around the clock when we board pets. They will be provided exercise, playtime, rest, and customer provided treats, and meals. If you would like, we can always provide snacks, treats, and food to your pet at an additional cost.

  • How does my pet qualify for your facility?

    Before any pet enters the facility for day care or boarding, an interview process will be conducted by staff with the customer and their pet. 


    We will perform a temperament test, if necessary, which focuses on and measures different aspects of temperament such as stability, shyness, aggressiveness, and friendliness. Ultimately, we will determine if the pet fits our facility. 


    The cost of this test is $29.00. All dogs should be spayed and neutered. A case by case evaluation and/or special circumstances will be considered.

  • What vaccines are required?

    Before any pet enters the facility, their vaccinations need to be current. Rabies, DA2PP (Leptospirosis if suggested by vet), Bordetella (kennel cough) required every six months, and Canine Influenza. Also, they will need to have a clean fecal within the last 6 months.

  • Can I visit your facility and take a tour?

    Yes, you can. Stop in and we will show you around.

  • If my dog gets ill and or injured, what do you do?

    Are staff is certified in CPR and first aid. Your pet’s health and safety is the top priority. We will always attempt to contact the pet parents, emergency contacts, personal vet, and if necessary, the local emergency vet. We do our absolute best to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Just call or email us and let us know you need to cancel. No charge if you cancel within 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. If you forget to contact us, the reservation charge will be applied. 

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We take all forms of payment including cash, check, debit and credit cards.
